I am sharing another swap from Stampin' Up! convention.  Since this is a swap I am not absolutely sure of the color combination used, and have taken my best guess.  You are always able to make color changes to any project to make it your own.  This would also be great for a guy.

Recipe:

Stamps: You're Amazing (126722 clear), Chalk Talk (130634 clear)

Inks:  Night of Navy (126970), Old Olive (126953), Marina Mist (126962)

Paper:  Pacific Point (111350), Old Olive (100702), Night of Navy (100867)

Accessories:  Argyle Embossing Folder (127750), Chalk Talk Frame Lits (129983), Scallop Edge Border Punch (119882), Dimensionals (104430)

Construction:

Card base is run through Big Shot with the Argyle Embossing Folder, stamp 1 balloon with Night of Navy ink and cut out, center it on a piece of white and stamp 1 balloon in Old Olive lower right of cut out balloon and stamp another balloon in Marina Mist upper left of cut out balloon.  Trim white piece down to almost a square.  Cut a piece of Night of Navy 1/4" bigger all the way around for stamped piece with balloons.  Attach your cut out balloon with dimentionals in between the 2 other balloons. Cut a piece of Old Olive to 1 1/4" x 4 1/4" and scallop along the 4 1/4" side.  Stamp Happy Big Day on white using Night of Navy ink and cut out on Big Shot using the Chalk Talk Frame Lits.
Construct project as shown.
